Insurance will be verified prior to the first session. Please have insurance information available when you call for your first appointment.
If you do not have one of these insurance plans, we will provide you with a receipt which you may choose to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It will include all of the information typically requested by insurance companies.

Fees to complete paperwork or other requirements will be billed at 10 minute intervals at the hourly rate.
Payment accepted include: cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Apple Pay. Any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted:
